Wa Xing has a scientific control system to audit factory.Wa Xing’s sales ask the potential supplier to fill out “The factory investigation form”.Wa Xing’s sales lock the potential supplier based on their daily business cooperation and communication, price quality control system and factory’s background.

Wa Xing’s QC audit the potential factory concerning supplier’s productivity, equipment, management structure, sales service attitude, quality control system and so on.

Wa Xing’s vice-general manager approves qualified supplier according to relative QC’s formal report and sales report.

Wa Xing has established qualified supplier record system to control supplier. If the suppliers have bad record in our business. Wa Xing will cancel suppliers with the bad record from the qualified supplier file.
All of our partners in manufacturing operate modern,capable and efficient operations, they understand our need to produce the hightest quality products.

Monitor Production Process :
Wa Xing’s relative sales make quality control specification standard documents according to customer’s requirement which should be approved by vice-general manager.

Then the key sales will hold the meeting to give QC department a quality training course. From now on,Wa Xing’s QC will be involved the whole production process and responsible for the products quality.

In addition, The relative QC will communicate with suppliers and hold the quality training course in the factory before mass production. Together we have agreed on the most stringent quality control measures at every level of the production process.Then the factory will produce the samples to get our end approval before mass production.

Wa Xing’s QC will monitor the whole production process in factory from each raw material to finished products. Wa Xing’s QC will inspect the mass products irregularly and continuously till the end of production. For some special order ,Wa Xing’s QC will add an extra level of quality control to our operations.

Wa Xing has the ability to track all of our production to help us keep customers accurately informed on the status of their orders
 
Control Container Loading :
Wa Xing’s QC follow up the whole loading process until sealing the container to ensure the appropriate loading operation,while taking the photo and writing the inspections report .Wa Xing’s sales make a formal quality inspection report to customer.
 
Thus product quality and customer satisfaction can be ensured.
